After many generations serving Spain in prominent positions such as governor, judge, Secretary to the President, and captain in the Spanish Army, members of the Vega family were forced into exile during the Spanish Civil War. They eventually settled in New York. Now, decades later, the Vega family returns to their beloved homeland to replant their roots and produce some of Spain’s best wines and olive oils from the Bierzo and Bajo Aragón regions.
